Most skincare asks you to take its word for it. A botanical complex with no name, an active with no concentration, a claim with no evidence behind it.
Aubéa works the other way round. Every product page carries the full ingredient list, the actives written out with their concentrations where we know them, and a plain-language explanation of what each one is doing there. If we cannot substantiate a claim, we do not make it.
Why an engineer started a skincare brand
FOUNDER’S VISION
For years, Léa worked in engineering, much of it in the quiet precision of the pharmaceutical world. A place where nothing was left to chance, where every detail mattered and every promise had to be kept.
Somewhere along the way, she began to wonder why the things we bring closest to our skin were held to so much less. Why so many jars promised the world and explained so little.
Aubéa was born from that question. A small, gentle range, made with the same patience and care she learned in the lab, but with softness at its heart. Every formula has a story, every ingredient a reason to be there. And if you ever wonder about either, Léa will gladly tell you herself.
